Are you a confident, motivated negotiator with a passion for property and people?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, well-established estate agency team in the heart of Epsom, where you’ll play a key role in helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s biggest decisions.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment - someone who knows how to build relationships, close deals, and represent the brand with professionalism and energy.

What you’ll be doing:

• Registering and qualifying new buyers.


• Conducting viewings and following up promptly.


• Negotiating sales and managing offers.


• Progressing deals through to exchange and completion.


• Building strong relationships with clients, applicants, and colleagues.


• Supporting the wider team in delivering outstanding service.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in residential sales or a similar customer-facing role.


• A genuine interest in property and helping people move.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.


• Confident, organised, and proactive approach.


• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
