Full-time | Monday - Friday


Lloyd Recruitment Services are working on an exciting operational role within a well-established organisation specialising in mailings and fulfilment services. As Warehouse Supervisor, you'll take a pivotal role in leading a small team, ensuring seamless processes across mailing, data management, logistics, and client communications.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong operational mindset, solid leadership experience, and a proactive, problem-solving approach.


Key Responsibilities of the Warehouse Supervisor:



  • Oversee day-to-day mailing and fulfilment operations, maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

  • Lead a small team of permanent and temporary warehouse/fulfilment staff

  • Liaise with internal teams and clients to review processes and implement best practice procedures

  • Stay up to date with courier regulations, tariffs, and requirements

  • Manage third-party mailing houses and logistics suppliers

  • Handle data preparation, mail merging and job scheduling

  • Ensure quality control at every stage of the fulfilment process

  • Generate reports and monitor performance metrics

  • Manage the full cycle of pricing, quoting, and invoicing


What We’re Looking For:



  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in logistics or fulfilment management

  • A proven track record of leading teams

  • Strong data management and reporting skills

  • Confident managing suppliers and third-party vendors

  • Experience with quoting and invoicing processes

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • A flexible, proactive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
