Exhibition Logistics Project Manager
Full time flexible on start time
Salary: £36,000 – £38,000 DOE

Must be a driver, due to location
Lloyd Recruitment Services is working with an experienced and motivated logistics professional to join a dynamic UK team, providing freight and on-site event support both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and coordinate shipping operations for events, both in the UK and internationally
- Travel abroad as required for project support
- Manage the complete logistics process from initial planning through to on-site execution
- Maintain data accurately in line with GDPR regulations
- Oversee project planning, control budgets, and handle all financial aspects of logistics
- Utilise expertise in multimodal freight forwarding (minimum 3 years’ experience)
- Navigate and manage import/export customs procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Skills and Experience
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
- Effectively prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Work in an organised, methodical, and detail-focused manner
- Take initiative to solve problems and provide practical solutions
- Collaborate effectively within a team
