Quality & Operations Manager – Training Academy
Up to £50k + Company Car | Hybrid with Travel to Epsom & Derbyshire
Our client, a leader in learning and development, is seeking an experienced Quality & Operations Manager to join their client’s Training Academy a forward-thinking hub that blends face to face and mobile learning to prepare clients for future industry challenges.
This role sits within a globally recognised organisation, where you’ll be responsible for measuring the impact and effectiveness of training programmes, ensuring commercial performance, and supporting transformation across their network teams.
Please note: This role will include regular travel - 3 days per week in Epsom and visits to Derbyshire every other week. A full, clean driving licence is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse training and business data to drive improvements.
- Optimise systems (e.g. SABA), automation, and dashboard reporting.
- Oversee course scheduling and trainer utilisation.
- Act as the go to for day to day team queries and lead regular meetings.
- Manage special projects and cross-site collaboration.
- Maintain training quality, review curricula, and implement improvements.
- Use delegate feedback to refine delivery and enhance outcomes.
- Represent the Academy at stakeholder meetings and external events.

- Strong background in training with a commercial focus
- Proven people management skills
- Confident analysing large data sets
- Strong communicator with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Organised, agile, and continuous improvement–driven
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
