 - About the Role 
 - We’re looking for a customer-focused leader to manage a small, close-knit customer service team. You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional service, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and improving operational efficiency through proactive problem-solving. 
 - Key Responsibilities 
 - Lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Manage client requests, meeting KPIs and SLAs.
- Optimise processes and build strong client relationships.
- Monitor and improve team performance.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - What We’re Looking For 
 - Proven management experience in customer service or a similar field.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
