Interior Sales Advisor 

Location: Epsom Town Centre 

Salary: Up to £25,000+ (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission on all sales (genuine earning potential £28k - £32k minimum)

We’re searching for confident individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a niche retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver great customer service and product advice.


• Upsell and cross-sell to hit sales targets.


• Keep the store tidy and stocked.


• Stay updated on trends and work well with the team.

 Requirements:

• Sales experience, ideally in home decor or retail.


• Strong communication and people skills.


• Confident in upselling and building customer relationships.


• Team player with a proactive attitude.


• Flexible for weekend and holiday work.
