• Do you have a min of 6 months experience of working in an inbound call centre?


• Would you be happy handling 40+ inbound calls as well as live chat and website enquiries?


• Are you keen to join a friendly, social and positive team?


• Are you available for immediate work?


• Weekly pay £12.50 p/hour + paid holiday and pension enrolment after qualifying period.

Our client is looking for individuals to join their busy customer service department.

The Individual:

• Friendly, confident and outgoing


• Enthusiastic and keen to learn


• Confident communicator, happy to be on the phone


• Team orientated


• IT savvy

The Role:

This is an inbound position no sales or cold calling, and you will assist customers with any queries which could relate to any of the following:

• Change of personal details i.e. address, contact details


• Changes to bank details and payment options


• Assisting with queries relating to agreements and contracts


• Updates on progress of applications or queries
