Our client, a growing consultancy specialising in contract management, is looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team permanently, during the roll out of one of their biggest contracts.
As their Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations across administration, contracts, HR, and accounts. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will support the consultants in delivering exceptional results nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts efficiently and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, maintaining meticulous records and facilitating smooth communication between stakeholders.
- Handle HR based tasks, supporting the team members.
- Oversee accounts and assist with financial documentation.
- Check expenses against receipts and maintain accurate records.
- Utilise Xero for financial management tasks.
