- Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to collaborate with a respected business in East Grinstead, who is actively seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to join their dynamic team on a 6 month fixed term contract.

 Duties:
 
 
 Achieve and surpass targets for selling advertising space within the classified and display sections of the monthly magazine and website
 Foster relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to fulfil their advertising needs and nurture long-term mutual benefit
 Introduce and foster new partnerships, ensuring the attainment of commercial targets, including meeting marketing expectations through advertising and email
 Support the exploration of opportunities to increase advertising revenue through diverse channels, market sectors, and by leveraging business opportunities and developments
 Secure sponsorship revenue for events
 Contribute to the smooth and efficient management of the advertising sales process
 Guarantee the timely delivery of artwork to specified requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Essential Skills & Experience Required:
 
 
 Demonstrate proven success in a sales environment, with a preference for a background in media sales
 Exhibit self-motivation with a dedication to surpassing revenue targets
 Maintain a consistent and credible approach
 Demonstrate the ability to build rapport and cultivate lasting relationships with clients
 Possess strong negotiation skills
 Showcase excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including effective presentation abilities
 Be results-driven with proficient time management, planning, and organisational skills
 Demonstrate a proactive mindset and the ability to think logically, objectively, and creatively
 Feel comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple projects simultaneously
 Be a team player capable of collaborating within a multi-disciplinary team
 Have a good understanding of financial performance drivers
 Be open to occasional overnight stays required at major events
 Possess preferred software knowledge, particularly in Google G-suite
 A background in marketing is desired but not essential
