As an IT Sales Executive, you will:
Support the Sales & Marketing team by actively reaching out to potential clients, aligning with company data, and focusing on IT and technology sectors
Engage with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular check-ins and participation in ongoing promotional activities
Follow a script, with adjustments as necessary, to maintain consistency with the Sales & Marketing strategy
Professionally represent the company, generating appointments for the New Business Consultant with potential clients and achieving set targets
Maintain accurate records of potential clients, creating a log of daily activities, and handle incoming calls and emails for the Sales and Marketing team
Answer prospect customers' questions, escalate inquiries to the New Business Consultant, and coordinate offboarding communication
Provide support to other departments with campaigns and outward communication
Key skills and Experience:
Demonstrable sales/customer service experience
Ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers
Confident and resilient phone presence with a client-focused nature
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in telemarketing or IT sales
Knowledge of the IT or technology sector
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems
Experience using LinkedIn for research and data gathering
Person Specification:

Logical, methodical approach
Willingness to learn and teach
Excellent documentation and communication skills
High standards of customer service
Personable nature
Salary £27k DOE plus amazing company benefits
