Would you like to work for a growing organisation, who put people at the front of safety?
Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a leading organisation based in Epsom , who are looking for individuals to join them and help make a difference to the community.
Providing a calm and professional service, you will respond to inbound calls from members of the public either facing emergency situations or needing guidance and advice, sometimes being required to respond quickly and efficiently.
Working in a friendly team, you will need to be a clear and confident communicator and be able to remain calm when under pressure.
Duties:
Taking incoming calls gaining as much info as possible and imputing information on to database
Being a friendly voice on the end of the phone while advising the best course of action
Understanding the nature of the call i.e. urgent or non-urgent and passing to relevant department
The Individual:
Excellent interpersonal skills with good telephone manner to ensure callers are put at ease
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions
Ability to retain information and record to a high level
Previous experience in a call centre or working with vulnerable people would be an advantage
Terms:
Monday to Friday
9-5.30pm
£24,000 basic + benefits package
