 Our client is looking for an experienced manager to join their established and growing business, where you will lead and motivate the team to ensure all service levels are met.
 
 The Role:
 Reporting into the General Manager, you will also work alongside the Risk, Pricing, Marketing, Sales and New Business teams. You will ensure the department are completing all administrative duties, making sure that new and existing vehicle finance requests are approved, and onboarding as quickly as possible.

 Previous Team Leader / Manager experience
 Financial Services, Motor, Fleet, Asset Finance, Point of Sale or Insurance industry experience an advantage
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Duties:
 
 Carry out regular reviews with the Dealer Services Team Leader identifying performance shortfalls and implementing remedial actions
 Oversee the management of the functions of maintaining the retail point of sale systems - this will include scheme, vehicle, VAP, business rule management, resource allocation, workflow and capacity management
 Deputise for the General Manager – Risk Operations as required and act responsibly in all matters
 Liaise with Dealers and sales teams, as appropriate, displaying a customer first focus in the resolution of disputes as necessary
 Oversee performance against published service standards in terms of response times and other commitments, monitoring Department SLA’s and job lists
 Management of the setup of dealers in NGage, CMS and Web calculators
 Manage the set up and maintenance of POS user access and associated bi-annual reviews
 Management of the payment of dealer bonuses and associated processes
 Manage debit backs, commissions, and subsidy adjustments and the associated processes
 Manage dealer support activities and processes including quotation, RV over-rides, scheme over-rides, provision of settlement figures and user access within company policies
 Management of NGage POS system and POS matters relating to upgrades access and security
 Management of web based calculators
 Act as point of escalation for all matters relating to the Retail POS system and web based calculators, managing query resolution
 Training and developing team members
 Ensure department policies and procedures are followed
 Manage and monitor team mailboxes and phone lines
