- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading parts supplier who is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as an Internal Sales Executive.
 
 This role will be based on the outskirts of Horsham, West Sussex. Our client is fast-growing and pro-active family business that specialises in providing high-quality parts for hire and sale.

 Salary: £28,000 basic plus realistic OTE £36,000 (uncapped)

 Job role:
 
 As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the management team by identifying new sales and hire opportunities. Your primary goal will be to generate revenue and contribute to the growth of the business through proactive business development and internal account management of existing and new customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who thrives on gaining new business.
 
 Key duties:
 
 
 Generate leads and cold call prospects within a defined sales region, maintaining prospect conversations and account maintenance conversations per day
 Foster and develop relationships with lapsed and existing customers
 Handle pricing enquiries, prepare and send out quotes, and follow up in a timely manner
 Progress sales and hire enquiries, converting them into actual sales or hires
 Promote repairs and parts services to customers and prospects, coordinating with the Parts & Service Manager as required
 Assist the Account Manager in handling incoming sales enquiries, quotes, and order confirmations
 Support the Sales Team by addressing customer queries and processing sales quotations.
 Utilise various tools such as Google and LinkedIn to research and identify new business opportunities
 Research existing key clients, keeping in touch with key personnel by phone and email, and further develop these accounts alongside the Area Sales Managers
 Provide a high level of service to customers by understanding their requirements, responding to requests, progressing orders, and providing advice.
 Have a good understanding of the company's products and services and be able to advise others about them
 Take full ownership of your own sales performance in order to meet/exceed targets
 Proactively maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate data
 Book appointments for Area Sales Managers
 Send out company information to customers and prospects and follow up
 Follow up email marketing data and convert to sales or hire
 Create brand awareness, acting as an ambassador for the company
 Undertake any other duties in line with business and departmental needs
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key skills and experience:
 
 
 Must have proven Telesales/Business Development experience
 Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - with the ability to adapt and influence
 Excellent customer service skills
 Strong interpersonal skills - the ability to build relationships with customers and potential customers
 Personable, confident, self-starter able to work independently as well as part of a team
 Ability to multi-task and remain calm in difficult or pressurised situations
 Good administrative and organisational skills with a focus on attention to detail
 Excellent IT skills (Previous experience of CRM program an advantage)
