 Salary: £30k-£40k plus bonus
 
 As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
 
 
 Engaging with clients and prospects, building strong relationships through effective communication channels, including phone and email
 Providing technical product support, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering comprehensive solutions
 Following up on customer quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses
 Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth
 Assisting with the creation and editing of product documents as needed
 Handling general office administration tasks and maintaining a high level of professionalism
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required skills:
 
 
 Excellent customer service skills, with a passion for delivering outstanding support
 Ability to learn and retain technical product information, enabling effective communication with clients
 Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
 Exceptional rapport-building abilities and comfort engaging with clients via phone and email
 Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience with Dynamics CRM would be advantageous
