Human Resources Assistant

 




Salary: £12.00 – £13.19 p/hour dependent on experience




Hours: Monday – Friday






Working as part of a team of HR professionals, being the first point of contact for employees on all HR matters, take responsibility for the HR system and all data entry, as well as providing HR administration support to the wider team.

 




Main areas you’ll be working on:





  • Recruitment and on-boarding




  • Contract amendments




  • Record keeping




  • Staff benefits




  • Initial calls on advice and guidance







You’ll need to have:





  • Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills




  • Well organised, responsive and able to work under pressure




  • Computer literate in Microsoft – Word, Excel and PowerPoint.




  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.




  • Ability to work on own initiative.




  • A keen interest in HR.
