Location: Epsom, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 dependent on experience
Hours: Monday – Friday 9-5pm
Contract: This is a temporary position (potentially up to 3 months) with a possible option to extend or go permanent if the business requirements develop

Responsibilities:
Receiving central telephone calls, directing, and taking messages
Enquiry handling for home care services
Managing central generic inboxes
Organising courier bookings for Head Office and Branches
Meeting co-ordination including equipment and food beverages supplies
Ensuring the reception area, board room and kitchen areas are clean and tidy at all times
Implementing and maintaining office procedures and systems
Organising Head Office Social events
General and company-branded stationary and uniform stock management
Responsible for company archiving including allocating archive box numbers
Building maintenance including liaison with the landlord, reporting any building issues and organising for relevant repairs and maintenance, fire extinguisher servicing, lift maintenance, overseeing office cleaning
Co-ordination of Head Office car parking booking app
Managing the Head Office notice boards
Maintain team distribution lists, internal websites, and the organisational chart for the business
Provide holiday or equivalent cover for the HR phone lines as required
General office support as required
Supporting the compliance team to print and distribute ID badges
This list is not exhaustive and further duties may continually be added over time dependent on the needs of the business.

Experience of supporting groups of people
Proven experience in taking initiative and acting independently without direction
Fully conversant in Office 365 products
High levels of attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Have the ability to work with various personality types
Able to meet deadlines and sudden changes in an organised manner
A friendly and professional attitude
