Salary: £20 - £23k per annum
Location: Purley
Hours: Monday – Friday (9am - 5.30pm)
We currently have only one position remaining to join our client’s busy inbound customer services team
An immediate start is also being offered, as the company are soon to be coming into their busiest period with large-scale events planned.
What we need from you:
Confidence in being one for the first points of contact for their clients who are calling for assistance/guidance with the products or service.
Really proud of your customer service skills, and the ability and desire to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
Rapport and relationship building abilities - keeping positive if the caller is experiencing a problem, needing extra guidance and passing over to more experienced colleagues to resolve if outside of your knowledge/experience level.
Keen to keep product and service aware – you’ll be introduced to the various products and services they provide through their initial and ongoing training, so you’ll be able to handle some technical and process guidance directly.
