Our client, based in the immediate Epsom area, is looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional to join their team where you will provide a high quality, first of contact to customers.
Day to day, you will be performing a number of duties to ensure that a suitably qualified operative is allocated to every repair or inspection appointment made with a resident, client or customer, and to ensure a satisfactory conclusion to the appointment.
Personal duties:
Scheduling operative appointments with a suitably qualified operative using available technology and reporting tools to ensure they meets their business objectives
To undertake operative admin tasks / data entry tasks to ensure that accurate records are accessible at all times on activities taking place.
To make outbound calls to customers to discuss and resolve repairs issues and to escalate these issues to the relevant Supervisors as required
Diary management and text service to schedule parts and appointment updates and customer feedback surveys.
To provide detailed advice to customer queries, complaints, complex queries and requests as required
To assist with managing relations between different service areas to support effective customer service to residents
The ideal candidate:
Qualification at degree level or a relevant professional qualification
A proven record of experience in the social housing or repairs would be extremely beneficial
Excellent, evidenced customer care skills and a “people” focussed approach to service delivery
Confident IT skills, including the use of web based systems
High quality communication skills particularly in relation to phone and written communication
A record of high quality service delivery
Experience in a frontline service environment
Qualification of GCSE level passes Grade C or above, or equivalent
Assist in the management of projects that arise
