- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading leisure business who are in search for an Inbound Sales Advisor / Account Manager to join their team on a full-time permanent basis.
The role
Manages and implements day to day inventory management, analysis and strategy across the business to maximise profitability. This role has overall responsibility for managing booking and availability of inventory and ensures allocation is restricted effectively, to maximise revenue and profits.
The Inbound Sales Advisor is responsible for building rates and packages and keeping all systems and 3rd parties aligned. In addition, the role contributes to forecasts, budgets, weekly and daily projections and critiques sales strategy effectiveness and prepares historical and future analysis of revenue and profit opportunities. As the Account Manager, you will conduct analysis of revenue, profit and demand associated with company’s space inventory.

Key responsibilities for the role will include:
Group strategy management via effective release of group services back into general inventory and ensure clean booking windows for customers and management of the group reservations executive
Ensures that the business sales strategies are effectively implemented in the reservation system and the inventory system. Ensures that sales strategies and rate restrictions are communicated, implemented and modified as market conditions fluctuate
Monitors transient and group inventory daily to ensure straight-line availability and maximisation of revenue potential for all brands
Ensures property diagnostic processes (PDP) are used to maximise revenue and profits
Explores opportunities that drive profit, create value for clients, and encourage innovation; challenges existing processes/systems/products to make improvements
Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions and ecommerce channels and supports the GM and ecommerce manager with marketing campaigns
Ensures the company follows brand strategies that will maintain and/or increase the revenue
Understands the working relationship between sales, reservations and property management systems. Prepare accurate forecasts and participates in weekly sales strategy meetings and operations meetings. Attends sales meetings to plan, organise, prioritise, coordinate and manage activities and solutions
Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals and establishes long-range objectives and specifying the strategies and actions to achieve them
Demonstrates knowledge of role-relevant issues, products, systems, and processes, whilst understanding and meeting the needs of group and transient guests, corporate and customers
Maintains accurate reservation system information. Generates updates on transient segment each period. Analyses information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems
Proactively develops constructive and cooperative working relationships with 3rd parties and annual contract renewals. Ensure all third-party platforms are accurately representing the facilities and rate renewals are checked and loaded effectively. Regular communication with all other relevant departments across the business to identify specific needs and to ensure that required revenue support is provided to target key target markets relevant to that area of the business
To act as a brand guardian for the business and effectively communicating the brand guidelines, values and role to external agencies and all relevant departments internally
To complete Duty Management shifts across the company where required
Essential Skills & Experience:

In Depth knowledge or MARSHA

Interest/experience in Sport/Leisure/Hospitality market

Hours of Work:
Hours of work are 40 hours/ 5 days in 7
Flexibility toward weekend and evening working is a pre-requisite of this employment
