Talent Executive / Internal Recruiter
£28,000 - £32,000 (Bonus upto £12k)
With the goal to attract top talent from candidate pools, gain competitive advantage and fuel the company’s growth, the Talent Executive will screen, select and on-board suitable staff to fill job openings across 17 sites currently, with 5 more opening later this year.
Parent Admissions Executive
£22,000 - 24,000 (Bonus upto £6k)
Your typical day will be supporting potential new customers through the registration process. Taking them through a virtual tour of one of the 17 current sites, answering all their questions and highlighting the unique selling points of the company. The perfect candidate will have a passion for sales, the confidence and professionalism to take each customer successfully through to registration and onboarding process.
Talent Assistant and Resourcer
£20,000 - £24,000 (Bonus upto £9k)
You will effectively support the recruitment team and their ongoing activities, including completing administration for on boarding employees (collecting references and completing DBS checks), as well as, chasing new starter information packs and documentation.
