Administration Team Manager

We are currently searching for a Team Manager to join our client, who are seeking an individual with proven managerial experience.



Leading and managing a team of 20, you will be responsible for ensuring the administration team achieve all administrative and technical workflows.



This team works alongside and supports the customer service team, so you will also be required to build strong relationships with other staff members and managers.



A typical day:



  • Manage the daily running of the Administration Team, including effective resource planning


  • Close management and monitoring of regulatory requirements and work streams, as well as minimising errors and tracking performance


  • Coaching and retaining colleagues by setting and communicating performance targets


  • Implementing incentive schemes to motivate staff members


  • Coordinating and monitoring recruitment whilst liaising with HR


  • Completing procedure reviews to improve the customer journey and efficiencies within the team


  • Taking on other duties or projects to support the line manager, colleagues, and call centre operations




The individual:



  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines


  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills and able to communicate complex information at all levels


  • Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence others at all levels


  • Excellent attention to detail


  • Experience of process improvement and an intermediate knowledge of UK regulations affecting the market
