** Basic salary of 28-32k ** OTE £12k p/annum **
** Monday – Friday ** Hours 3 x 8-5pm and 2 x 10-7pm shifts (Never a Friday) **
Epsom based currently, with hybrid pattern being introduced later this year
With the goal to attract top talent from candidate pools, gain competitive advantage and fuel the company’s growth, the Talent Executive will screen, select and on-board suitable staff to fill job openings across 17 sites currently, with 5 more opening later this year.
Duties:
Implement overall recruiting strategy in conjunction with the Head of Talent
Update job descriptions and job specifications as required
Source and attract candidates
Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work
Use appropriate candidate databases to match the right people to vacancies, making recommendations for other sources
Screen candidates CVs and job applications and conduct telephone interviews to filter candidates
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Make appropriate recommendations to Managers and arrange interviews and work trials
Brief candidates about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job
Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements
Follow up appropriately with successful and unsuccessful candidates
Verify references and conduct background checks
Monitor and apply recruiting best practices
Maintain effective records of hires and provide data for recruitment reports to the Head of Talent as requested
Act as a point of contact and build excellent candidate relationships during the selection process
Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
Ensure the full cycle recruitment process is compliant with employment legislation
Undertake any other reasonable duties as directed by your Manager.
Work towards exceeding agreed individual and team targets
