Epsom based with WFH option being introduced later this year
This is a fabulous opportunity to join an expanding company, who put their employees at the heart of the business.
We are recruiting a motivated individual to join this client as a Talent Assistant, who can effectively support the recruitment team and their ongoing activities.
There are continuous pathways to grow and expand on your existing knowledge, through both internal and external training.
Duties:
Complete administration for on boarding employees – collecting references and completing DBS checks
Chase new starter information packs and documentation
Manage ATS System
Conduct exit interviews
Provide administration support to the Talent Team
Assist with resourcing of new candidates
Work alongside hiring managers, by supporting them with making the right decisions, following the recruitment process and encouraging best practice to ensure excellent candidate experience.
Devising the most appropriate attraction campaigns utilising online and local regional resources
Assisting the Talent Team in strategies to recruit the best talent in the market
Manage job posting via job boards, website and review sites
Respond to both telephone and email enquiries
