- Fabulous opportunity awaits with our client, who are looking for an enthusiastic and keen individual, looking for the buzz of a sales environment, but without the pressure of the commission only and cold calling elements.
Our client is looking for someone with a really positive attitude, who would like to build a career for themselves in the Insurance sector.
First you’d be trained on the systems by a member of the team, gaining knowledge of the Insurance world, various products available, updating existing records, taking and producing quotes, setting policies up etc.
You will be trained at the following:
Handling enquiries from new and existing customers, primarily on the telephone but also face to face
Providing quotations to new customers and selling new policies
Making amendments to existing customers’ policies
Ensuring high levels of customer service are achieved at all times
Requirements:
Sales and/or customer service experience from a retail or customer focused sector
Ability to develop long term relationships to ensure repeat custom
Highly professional manner both on the telephone and face to face
Education Level required:
Educated to at least GCSE (or equivalent) level, including Maths and English at grade C or above
The company offers ongoing training and development, with support to complete professional insurance qualifications.
