Are you looking for the buzz of a sales office, but without the commission only and cold calling elements.?
Business is getting busier and busier for this established employer, and they are looking to expand their team further with 3 new members of staff.
Due to complete flexibility within the team, they can consider juniors, but ideally want to target experienced individuals, who can balance the team knowledge.
Ideally you’ll have a min of 2 years experience from the insurance sector and looking to join an established name on either the personal or commercial lines sides of the business
You’ll be given all the tools required to maintain customers at renewal stage, as well as bring back old customers with competitive quotes.
Requirements:
Sales and/or Customer Service experience from an insurance broker or company environment
Confident in communicating with customers over the phone, and occasionally face to face
Ability to develop long term relationships to ensure complete and repeat customer satisfaction
Happy to handle warm leads – they are ready and waiting to be followed up on from current and previous customer database
The company offers ongoing training and development, with support to complete professional insurance qualifications.
