You’ll be joining one of the most recognised names in the Pharma sector, in this newly created Resource Planning and Workflow Coordinator role.
The ideal candidate would be someone with previous resource planning and workflow experience from a medical or pharma-based call centre. However, if you have the call centre / telephony experience, and keen to work in the sector, we can also consider your application.
This role will be to support colleagues from the Medical Information and Operations Management teams, you’ll be defining business processes to improve and maintaining the contact centre activities, overseeing procedures and workflow processes and ensuring that it continues to run as smoothly as possible.
You’ll be analysing and then providing accurate MI for the service delivery, as well as ops planning, workflow management reporting, data mining and analysis. Previous experience of monitoring telephone systems – able to define root-cause and trend spotting would be a great advantage to your application.
You’ll already possess the ability to use Excel to an Intermediate-Advanced level. Further training will be provided on their in-house and CRM systems, as well as the telephony system.
Please note: My client is currently WFH, but you must be able to commute to Epsom 2-3 times a week as and when required when BAU.
