- Lloyd Recruitment Services are pleased to be working with a leading company based in Crawley. Due to ongoing success, there is now a requirement for a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and enthusiastic team.

We are looking for someone who is driven to maximise sales and who likes to deliver exceptional customer service.
You will be a highly motivated individual who will have a customer facing background where you have experience in consultative sales with a track record of achieving sales targets.
You must be a good communicator both face to face and over the phone with an approachable personality who enjoys interacting with people.
You will be working as part of a small, enthusiastic team in a state of the art office.
You will need to have a flexible attitude to working hours, and live within an easy commute of the office
Key skills:
Sales, following up enquiries over the phone and face to face providing solutions that match the customer’s specific needs
Building customer relationships and delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds the customers’ expectations
Have pride in your store and personal standards, delivering a great first impression every time setting us apart from our competitors
There will be some weekend work involved with this role so a degree of flexibility will be required.
