Income Officer (Contract):
We’re looking for a full time Income Officer, for a period of approximately six months (maternity cover). A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential. Subject to government guidelines, the successful candidate will be expected to attend their Epsom office at least 2 days per week.
Hourly rate upto £18.14 p/hour / £33,016 (pro-rata)
Neighbourhood Officer, General Needs (Permanent)
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of an effective and efficient housing service within a dedicated patch, playing a key role in tenancy and estate management. Driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Salary package upto £33,016 (dependent upon experience)
Neighbourhood Officer, Home Ownership (Permanent)
Overseeing and supporting the Homeowners (Leaseholders and Shared Owners) and intermediate rent tenants on a daily basis. Ensuring that they are managed in accordance with the terms of their lease or tenancy agreement, legislation, regulation and best practice at all times. Driving licence and access to a car is essential.
Salary package upto £34,326 (dependent upon experience)
Additional Information:
All positions are 35 hours a week / 9-5pm
Subject to government guidelines, the successful candidates will be expected to attend the office in Epsom at least two days per week
