- Pricing Assistant / Administrator
Our client is looking for a bright and focused individual to join their team and support the Pricing & BI Manager and Pricing Analyst.
Working under the direction of your peers, you will assist with all duties relating to the profitability projections, national marketing plans and sales force requests.
With excellent Excel and reporting experience, knowledge, this position could suit an individual / Graduate with an interest in Accountancy, Business Studies, Economics and Statistics.
Duties:
Preparation of Profitability Projections for review
Preparation of Offer Letters
Preparation of Rates & Terms loads
Checking input of Rates & Terms
First Point of contact between Pricing and the Sales Forces/Marketing dept.
Preparation of calculations for review
Ensuring Pricing documents and approvals are stored in the correct manner
Preparation of Joint Subsidy Cost for review
Monthly reconciliation
Input of raw data into the monthly Yield Calculations
Production of Month end KPI’s for review
Essential Experience
Good Excel Skills – Lookups, Pivot Tables
Excellent communication – both verbal and written
Ability to work to deadlines confidently
Exposure to monthly reporting
Educated to a minimum of A-level
