Lloyd Recruitment Services are assisting one of our longest-term clients in their search for an experienced Automotive Account Manager to complement their expanding sales team.
Based out of their Head Office in Thames Ditton, it’s an excellent opportunity to be part of a successful and thriving company, that value their staff, and provide an excellent working environment and opportunities for career progression.
Working as part of a professional and polished team, you’ll be accountable for the overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts.
The main purpose of this role is accountability for the overall retention, management and service delivery of a portfolio of new and existing contracts. Maximising levels of client satisfaction and contract revenues through proactive operational and strategic relationship management.
The position will also call upon your management, support and ongoing monitoring of a small team of account management staff, ensuring SLA’s are maintained at the highest levels possible.
Previous and extensive experience within B2B Automotive / Fleet sectors is required, and someone with a track record of business / account development and getting the most out of new and existing business opportunities is a must.
