Our client is looking for a customer focused individual who will join their Customer Service department, providing the highest levels of service to customers.
Previous telephone / customer service experience is required and you will be responsible for all elements of inbound calls, online chat and email responses.
A friendly and great team to work for, and the position could potentially offer longer term opportunities.
Duties
Answering incoming calls from customers(call volume 30 - 60)
Responding to incoming emails
Responsible for online chat
Make outbound calls to customers
Answering calls from B2B clients and forwarding them to relevant departments
Updating customer details
Experience:
A professional and confident communicator
Previous customer service, call centre , telephony experience
Proficient on MS Office
Good written English and grammar
