Monday to Friday ~ Remote Working ~ 6 month contract ~ weekly pay under PAYE
This is an office based role with some flexibility working arrangements.
Focused and driven Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter sought to join corporate team of 3, initially for a 6 month contract.
The Role:
The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for delivery a strategic recruitment plan through targeted recruitment of best-in-class candidates. Openings span multiple levels and research units across Worldwide Research & Development, ensuring that every stage, from the initial staff requisition to final appointment, is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and in adherence to best practice principles.
Establish effective interface with the company’s work force planning team and business lines at all of the company’s sites to develop a detailed understanding and of each research area and its organisation.
Partner with the training and learning team and hiring managers to define and implement on boarding best practice.
Creatively source active and passive high quality talent; develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing and internet recruitment, leveraging Pfizer and industry networks; continue to build a talent
The successful candidate:
BS degree in Human Resources, Business, a related discipline; or equivalent professional work experience required
Prior HR experience required, preferably in a Direct Recruiter or Recruitment Coordinator capacity
Must have demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with both hiring managers and all HR co-workers associated with your client groups
Must have experience using an ATS, Workday preferred
Must have the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple projects
