 Exciting opportunity for an individual to join an established team, where you will be responsible for a portfolio of dealerships.
 
 You will be a welcoming voice for all external clients and field-sales staff, where you will assist with their queries regarding their commission as well as being an attentive listener and problem solver too. This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
 
 You will be joining a supportive team of advisors and are guided, trained, and developed by a dedicated team leader.
 
 Duties:
 
 
 To appoint, encode, maintain and manage the entire portfolio of dealers
 Adhering to FCA Regulations
 Ensuring Compliance requirements are enforced
 Completing Experian searches on Companies & Individuals
 Reviewing Company Accounts
 Factiva Checks - to sweep Sanctions, Terrorists & Politically Exposed People (STP’s) to ensure we are compliant with Counter Terrorist Finance (CTF) & Anti Money Laundering (AML).
 Respond to all Sales and other internal queries by telephone and e-mail within agreed time-scales.
 Assist with technical system queries
 Assisting with Commission / Debit Back queries
 Amending and Loading Commission packages
 Profiling proposals within the agreed commission terms whilst allowing movement on commissions payable
 Password resets for FES systems
 Management of the Dealer Accounting System.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The Individual:
 
 
 A team player, whilst also being able to work autonomously as well as ability to build strong business relationships
 Ability to multitask and manage your own workload
 Strong interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner
 Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
 Ability to analyse & report on Financials using strong analytical and numerical skills
 Highly organised and possess strong planning skills
 Positive and enthusiastic approach, self-motivated
 Receptive to change
 Ability to have difficult conversations
 GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English at grades A-C
 Previous call handling experience is desirable.
 Adequate computer literacy and numeracy skills
 Good verbal and written communication skills
