- Description
- Lloyd Recruitment Services are looking for an individual to work for our client, on initially an on-going temporary assignment - possibility of permanent contract for the right candidate.
The individual must be able to work successfully from home (equipment will be provided), and ideally be a car driverfor ad hoc days required in the office / return to office in the future.
You will need to be fully competent on Excel(Pivot tables are a must), and have a professional telephone manner, as you will be required to make outbound calls.
Duties:
Contacting applicants, and establishing their interest / suitability
Sending applications to Managers
Updating Excel spreadsheet with all activity – submissions / first and second interviews / offers/ placements
You will need to be self-motivated, resilient and able to work to deadlines. Very capable of tracking activities and maintaining a keen eye for detail. Responding to and reacting accordingly throughout multiple sources.
