- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with our client, an international organisation based near Epsom, on their search for a Marketing Assistant (initially on a 9-12 month contract).
Reporting into and working alongside the Marketing Manager, you’ll be working across various marketing programs to communicate with existing or prospective clients, and play a supporting role in the delivery of projects. Ensuring that campaigns and content are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Deliver stand-alone activities as required in a timely manner
Support the marketing team to produce monthly or quarterly reporting metrics with the ability to add comments and insight
Build relationships with creative agencies to ensure work is delivered on brief and on time
Manage the delivery of printed materials by working closely with the print agencies and suppliers
Create new or modify existing marketing materials to meet campaign requirements
Perform duties as required to support the various marketing strategy objectives
Experience:
Excellent communication, proof reading and editing skills
Highly accurate with an eye for detail
Fast learner able to demonstrate initiative
Confident using Microsoft packages
Analytical and processed orientated to support evidence based marketing
Experience in working in a financial services / insurance environment would be highly beneficial
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 9-5pm with free parking and coach pick up options.
