- Lloyd Recruitment Services are delighted to be partnering up with a long-standing client in their search for a Registered Manager for their office which covers the immediate local area including: Epsom, Ewell, Bookham, Worcester Park and Leatherhead areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You must be able to ensure continued 100% compliance with CQC, ready for any inspections that maybe called.
Able to maintain existing relationships with the local authorities,
Overseeing the 4 co-ordinators, who share out the rotas for approximately 40 carers on the domiciliary side at present, but growing…!
Supervising, appraisals, disciplinaries and recruiting as required.
Monitoring on-going training requirements of co-ordinators and carers alike.
Experience and Requirements:
Candidates must be CQC Registered
Candidates must hold current DBS Certification
You will have previously worked in the care industry, with practical experience.
The basic salary upto £28,000 + 5 weeks holiday + bonuses (dependent upon the performance of the individual and company).
