- Lloyd Recruitment Services has a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a leading company based in Uckfield. The company has been established for over 40 years and due to year on year expansion they are looking to grow the team. They are distributors for manufacturers of products across the world, and concentrate on specialist product areas which allows them to target specific markets and customers in order to build and maintain long lasting relationships.

The basic salary is up to £30,000 (DOE) with a genuine year one OTE of £45-50K (uncapped). You will have use of a company vehicle for attending client/site meetings. Other benefits include private medical insurance, free parking and the potential to progress with a forward thinking company!
What you will need:
Excellent sales track record
B2B sales experience
Ability to learn technical products
Good technical knowledge (Advantage)
Good IT and presentation skills
Full clean UK Driving Licence (essential)
Willing to cold call to generate new business
Target driven mentality
Experience building client relationships, upselling product ranges
Industrial engine market knowledge (desirable not essential)
A relevant degree (desirable not essential)
What you will do:
Develop and grow new business and existing accounts in all areas of the UK
Work with Consultants, Main Contractors, Sub-Contractors and End Users to specify equipment into new and existing projects, along with project delivery
Maintain a good knowledge of industry technology and rivals products
Actively work on new customers which includes, customer visits, telephone calls, postal and email marketing
Regularly meet with team and Directors
Drive the company forward, bringing ideas and new ways of working to the table!
