Description
Lloyd Recruitment Servicesare seeking an experience Training Coordinator, to join an established team at a corporate Head Office near Epsom.

 

Initially you’ll be able to commit to a rolling 12-month fixed term contract, and be accountable for administrating the training end-to-end process, scheduling and booking of all training classes, managing the training inbox and calendar – double checking records are matched against the in-house system.

 

Reporting to the Training Operations Manager, you’ll be liaising with Training Managers and the wider business, so the ability to communicate at all levels and respond to queries is a must

 

Responsibilities

 


  • Managing the Training inbox and calendar invites.


  • Processing training documents; creating and requesting course information via the training system to keep updated at all times.


  • Co-ordinate the onsite and offsite storage/retrieval of training documentation and support document requests during audits and inspections.


  • Responsible for all logistics related to the training team and coordination of training, to include: arranging meetings, training course/class bookings, facilities, printing, equipment and presenters; includes occasional diary support for UK Training Lead.


  • Raise requisitions for the team, verify invoices and receipting accurately for costing.


  • Be the UK point of contact for the team, and continue to reflect the positive face of the team and activities.


 

Qualifications / Experience

 


  • 5+ years relevant training experience – administrative or coordinator level


  • Strong organisational skills


  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite and able to pick up new databases quickly


  • Strong customer service skills face to face, over the phone and in written correspondences


  • Ability to own priorities, and be a self-starter


  • Experience of working in a matrix organisation and within a compliant industry would be highly beneficial.
