- Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be partnering up a leading healthcare organisation, in their search for 2 further Resourcers to join their established and successful recruitment teams in central Epsom.
Covering a range of positions across all business units nationally, including roles in Finance, IT, Procurement, Legal, Marketing and HR to ensure they remain at the top of their game.
As a Resourcer you will responsible for a range of tasks including:
Using job board and CV databases to directly source candidate profiles for current and projected vacancies.
Provide support on resourcing solutions to attract, select and engage great candidates into the business, maximising on the use of social media.
Maintain contact with candidates to ensure a pipeline of suitable talent for future roles.
Liaise with candidates and applicants at all stages of their journey.
Experience you’ll be able to offer will include:
Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer and/or Researcher
Proven abilities and results from searching online job boards for candidate profiles
Ability to use your initiative to deliver a great experience to both the business and the candidates
Ability to work well within a team, with a focus on achieving the common goal of hiring great people into a great business.
