- Lloyd Recruitment Services have a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding local company as an office-based Account Manager.
You’ll be responsible for developing long-term and trusting relationships within an existing portfolio of SME Customers, as well as developing additional business opportunities from them, seeking new cross sale opportunities, whilst maintaining and developing the company’s commercial relationship.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
Contract re-signs - handled 3 months in advance of renewal
Contract cancellations - keeping to a minimum
Customer relations - ongoing development of positive relationships
Additional business opportunities / cross selling - keeping alert at all times
Customer Support - maintaining the overall experience
Basic salary: £25,000 + benefits package (OTE c£32,000)
