- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working with a leading company, in their search for a Compliance Team Administrator – initially on a 6-month contract.
Job Overview:
You’ll need a good eye for detail for this role, as you’ll be responsible for accurately checking a range of documents (including payment requests) and contracts in-line with internal guidelines, before processing them through for finalising and ultimately settling.
All the above will be under the guidance of a senior colleague, you’ll be happy with working as part of a small but very busy Compliance team, with minimal supervision.
You’ll be a point of contact and regularly liaising with externally based colleagues, attending meetings to advise on the relevant processes required to meet their timescales/deadlines.
Key Skills:
Strong administration experience, gained from ideally within a compliance lead environment would be very beneficial.
Previous experience of the various stages required for processing payments.
Confident communication skills – in writing, email and verbally, as you’ll be required to liaise with colleagues at all levels, including giving advice of processes they’ll need to undertake for submission.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and confident using in-house databases.
Accurate data and numerical entry skills.
Ability to work as part of a team, but also comfortable working independently.
