Description
Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd are delighted to be assisting a household name in their search for a Senior Benefits Administrator for their offices here in central Epsom, working alongside the Reward Manager and Head of Reward, you’ll get involved in the day to day elements of benefits administration, as well as ad hoc projects - this excellent opportunity is being offered on a 12 month fixed term contract initially.



You’ll already have experience of handling joiners, leavers and changes to benefits arrangements, gained from an in-house, company or consultancy environment. Familiar with the processes and procedures that need to be taken across a wide spectrum.



Acting as a main point of contact for benefits queries from employees and managers alike (multiple offices/sites throughout the UK), so you’ll need to be able to communicate effectively over email (managing the department inbox), phone and face to face, including:





  • Handling queries relating to healthcare, childcare vouchers, cycle to work and legacy TUPE schemes


  • Involvement in P11d reporting and premium reviews annually


  • Long service awards


  • Managing salary deductions for benefits taken up


  • Writing up and informing relevant parties on any changes to arrangements/premiums


  • Working as part of a team to ensure that the benefits website is accurate, user friendly, up to date and above all informative and accessible to all colleagues.




Experience required:





  • Benefits of HR Administration experience


  • Microsoft office including Excel at intermediate level


  • Knowledge of HRIS systems


  • Strong organisation skills - able to prioritise and multi-task


  • Able to remain discreet, diplomatic, and retain confidentiality at all times.
