- Lloyd Recruitment Services Ltd, are delighted to be offer an exciting opportunity for someone to join a FTSE listed company as an E-Commerce Assistant.
You’ll be based in the Business Analytics Team, who support the data management needs relating to e-commerce solutions for the division, and you’ll be liaising with all internal and external customers as well as third party providers on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate:
Excellent communication skills
Advanced Excel skills
Intermediate other MS Office skills
Planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your workload effectively
Excellent attention to detail
Shows initiative and ability to work unsupervised
Good analytical skills
Office experience in an administrative capacity is desirable
Knowledge of Web-wrap App very beneficial
The role:
Liaise with all parties for EDI data maintenance and prepare data for checking against various transactions.
Error management - respond to errors for resolution and investigate areas of prevention to reduce the volume of errors as a KPI.
Support internal teams on error solutions and give guidance on future avoidance.
Analyse reports for smarter working practices.
Prepare stats on web/EDI performance.
To data manage catalogues for the development of third party websites.
Develop a good working knowledge of third party websites.
CMS management for internal website.
Develop a good working knowledge of client and competitor websites to enable suggestions for enhanced customer experience.
To assist with the compnay image & data content of third party websites & in-house sites.
Develop the social media content for the promotion of the E-commerce team within internal sites.
