- Lloyd Recruitment Services are proud to be working alongside one of our long standing clients in their search for a switched on, organised Service Coordinator to join their busy team near Epsom. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to join a global supplier with a solid reputation for reliability and excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent overall business skills, including excellent written and verbal communication, planning, presentation and organisational abilities. Good levels of IT skills are essential along with the capability to take on increased responsibilities.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Managing your own maintenance contracts
Book service work & maintenance in with your customers
Contact engineers with work information for your contracts
Send relevant information and documentation to customers for your contracts
Process service & maintenance sheets for your contracts
Keep the status of service & maintenance jobs up to date
Invoicing & scanning
Occasional site visits will be required
A demonstrated ability to identify and exploit national account business opportunities with major corporate customers is desirable.
