- Role: Training Performance Manager 
 - Salary: Up to £50k DOE + Company Car 
 - Location: Epsom HQ (3 days/week) + UK travel (1 - 2 days every other week)

 - What You’ll Be Doing: 
 - Champion ‘best in class’ training standards across teams
- Analyse performance data to spot gaps and drive action
- Oversee training schedules and national rollouts
- Lead cross-functional improvement and transformation projects
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across departments
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - What You’ll Bring: 
 - Experience in a commercial, high-speed environment
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder skills
- Data-savvy and results-oriented
- Highly organised and self-directed
- Comfortable behind the wheel – you’ll be on the road regularly (car provided)
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Travel & Location Details 
 - HQ: Epsom – on-site 3 days/week
- UK Travel: 1 - 2 days every other week
- Travel Mode: Company car provided – must be able to travel by car
