Would you like to discuss a role where your professional customer service skills would be used to assist people who have found themselves in need of help and guidance to manage their current financial situation?


There is an emphasis on empathy and compassion, no aggressive tactics for this client.


You’ll have had exposure to financial services, insurance or finance in a customer focused or facing role already, and keen to become part of a new team of 5 being put together to take the business forward in their new expansion plans.


What You'll Be Doing:



  • Speaking with very valued customers who may be experiencing temporary or on-going financial difficulties.

  • Listening carefully and taking the time to understand their personal situation.

  • Working with them to create realistic and manageable repayment plans.

  • Always aiming for the best outcome for the customer, especially those who may be in vulnerable circumstances.

  • Keeping records up to date and following simple processes and regulations.


What We’re Looking For:



  • Experience in a financial services environment, ideally with some exposure to arrears, collections, or debt support (but not essential).

  • A genuine desire to help people and the confidence to have sensitive conversations with empathy and understanding.

  • Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised.

  • Comfortable using IT systems and learning new tools.

  • An interest in developing your knowledge of financial regulations (you’ll be given support with this).
