Customer Service - Sales

We’re looking for a focused and confident professional to join our client’s busy team, helping customers navigate their finance options and ensuring they stay with the brand.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Engaging with customers nearing the end of their finance agreements, offering tailored solutions.


• Contacting customers who have requested settlement figures and may be considering other options.


• Providing competitive refinance quotes to suit individual needs.


• Liaising with third-party dealerships to ensure a seamless customer journey.


• Managing referrals and delivering outstanding service throughout the process.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in telesales, sales, or a call centre environment.


• Strong written and verbal communication skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.


• A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit and exceed targets.


• The ability to adapt to new processes and work efficiently under pressure.
