Customer Service Advisor
Our client is expanding their team and is looking to hire five Customer Service Advisors due to increased and ongoing workload.
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and emails, assisting with collections, deliveries, and cancellations
- Updating internal systems and escalating complaints as needed
- Excellent training programme and continued support
- Ongoing temp role with potential for permanent placement
