- Accounts Assistant 
 - £24,000 p/rata as initially a 6-month Fixed Term Contract 
 - Monday to Friday 
 - 8.30 – 5.00pm 
 - Free parking on site 
 - Leatherhead Town Centre 
 - Ideally we are looking for someone with 6-months+ employment or work experience in a finance department, to join an established accounts team in central Leatherhead. 
 - Duties: 
 - Processing invoices received into the department.
- Matching off against purchase orders for payment.
- Actioning invoice request updates.
- Resolving queries and enquiries received by email and telephone.
- Requesting authorisation by various internal divisions to ensure outstanding invoices are correct before payments are made.
- Requesting copy invoices from suppliers.
- Input and process weekly and monthly reports for senior colleagues.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - The Individual: 
 - Accurate processing skills – numerical and data entry.
- Accounts related experience or educational background.
- Competent on Word, Excel and in-house databases.
 
 
 
 
 
 - Full training will be provided to the successful candidate.
