- Do you have previous sales experience, keen to move into a retentions role?
- Are you customer focused?
- Are you self-motivated and enjoy hitting targets?
Our client is looking for three individuals to join them, working on a specific project, where your goal will be to retain each customer.
You will be required to contact customers reaching the end of their existing agreements, offering them information on new products, and assisting with the onboarding process.
This is a “soft-sell” position, and the emphasis will be on listening to and understanding the customer, enabling you to find a suitable product for them.

- Customer focused
- Previous sales or upselling experience
